Because all items are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to offer returns. However, if there is something about your order or item you'd like to change, modify, or if it simply did not fit, please feel free to email us. Our team is more than happy to work with you to find an amicable solution. Please make sure to contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@s2nindustries.com. Be sure to include your name and order number to avoid delays.

Product Warranty Policy

At S2N Industries, we stand by the quality of our products. Our warranty policy covers our products against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

What is a Manufacturing Defect? A manufacturing defect is a flaw in the product that occurred during its production. Although we try our best to inspect the items to ensure they are free from defects, on rare occasions, manufacturing defects may still occur. Our warranty ensures your products are protected from manufacturing-related issues. Regular wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not considered manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage Our warranty covers the repair or replacement of any product that has a manufacturing defect. This warranty is valid only if the product has been used as intended and under normal conditions.

Exclusions This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or regular wear and tear. It also does not cover any modification made to the [product] after it was purchased.

Claim Procedure To make a warranty claim, please email us at info@s2nindustries.com with your purchase details and a description of the issue. We may ask for additional information or images to assess the defect. If your claim is approved, we will guide you through the process of returning your product for repair or replacement.

Obligations S2N Industries is responsible for repairing or replacing defective products under warranty at no cost to the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us for assessment.
