Manufacturing Timeline
Once we receive your order, our team will being crafting your trellis lattices. Since your metal plant trellis will be made from scratch, please allow 5-12 days for your order to be made.
Design Plans (1-3 Days) ➔ Creating & Welding Frame (1-4 Days) ➔ Coating & Drying (1-2 Days) ➔ Inspection & Final Touches (1-3 Days) ➔ Packing Shipping & Delivery (1-5 Days)
Domestic Orders ( United States, U.S Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO)
Shipment processing times
Most domestic orders are processed, packed and leave our fulfillment center within 3-6 business days. We rely on the UPS as our main carrier. Most orders usually arrive at their destination within 1-6 days however we offer quicker options which are available at checkout. All APO/FPO addressed packages will ship via UPS.
Delays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-3 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation via text/email. If there is anything wrong or incorrect about your order, please message our live-chat so we may correct your order.
Once the carrier receives and processes your package. You will receive a following email/text confirmation with your package tracking. You will also receive more notifications with an estimated delivery date and when your package has been delivered.
Freight Deliveries To Residential Addresses**
***Please note that although our shipping is free, if your order is oversized and is headed to a residential address with no forklift to unload your order, there will be a $120 residential unload fee applied to your order. To check if your trellis is oversized, please see size guide below:

****Please note this does not encompass all sizes that must ship freight, any size that exceeds 165 Girth + Length limit must be shipped via freight as it is to large for carriers such as UPS and Fedex to ship.
International Orders

Duty and Shipping: Most international orders are NOT subject to Customs Duty and Tax. However regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.

Damaged Orders
Please note we are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping, please be sure to inspect your order before accepting the package to ensure there is no damage, if your order is damaged, please let the carrier know on arrival and reach out to us so we can help you with a replacement.
